（一）设备用途：我公司生产的ＹＱ-450型破胶机主要用于将粗碎后的橡胶胶块进行进一步破碎，将钢丝和橡胶分离，最终得到10-30目左右的胶粒或胶粉，是钢丝胎胶粉生产专用的破碎设备。
（二）设备构成：底座，机架，前后辊筒，减速机，电动机，安全垫片，润滑系统，传动系统，调温装置和电气控制系统等。
（三）特点：①减速机采用NGW型行星减速机，传动功率大，效率高，噪声低，使用寿命长，质保期一年；②机架采用铸钢材料，具有足够的强度和刚度，质保期一年；③辊筒采用铸钢材料，工作面采用耐磨焊材焊接而成，表面坚硬耐磨，内部强度高抗弯曲抗折断，轴位硬化处理，提高了耐磨能力，使用寿命长，克服了一般辊筒焊后开裂、漏水、掉块、断辊的弊病,辊筒一年内正常使用折断保换；④辊温调节系统采用开放式调温系统，通过向辊筒内注入冷却水来调节辊温以满足工艺要求，结构简单，冷却效果好，水温检测方便，不易堵塞等优点。⑤该机较传统XKP-450破胶机进行了提速，提高了生产效率。⑥设计合理，性能稳定，品质卓越，操作方便，使用寿命长，低噪音，无污染，是理想的环保再生资源设备。
